Professional Experience
Karol has experience in incorporation, dissolution, liquidation of Companies and statutory reforms. Advises and structures highly complex legal vehicles for investment in Colombia; negotiates and reviews commercial and civil contracts, national and international. On the other hand, she structures and implements compliance programs in foreign trade, customs, and international exchanges.
She has participated in advisory services in exchange law for the registration of investment, indebtedness and compensation accounts, she exercises accompaniment in insolvency processes and business reorganization. She also has experience in advising on individual labor law, disciplinary processes, internal labor regulations, labor contracts, among others.
She currently leads the coordination of the legal team.
