Work Experience.
Maria Camila has a law degree from Universidad del Rosario with an emphasis in Private Law. She has been linked to the firm since 2021 and has focused on the practice areas of corporate, tax, and labor law. Some of her functions include the incorporation of companies, support in the fulfillment of corporate obligations, tax incentives, review of contracts, drafting of policies and internal work regulations.
She is part of the Public Finance and Tax Law Observatory of Universidad del Rosario, where she is developing research projects related to new tax trends.
She is a member of the think tank AlCentro for the development of social ideas, in the direction of state contracting.
She was a winner of the Hector Julio Becerra Becerra Contest of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law for young researchers in Tax, Customs and Foreign Trade organized by the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT), with her article on the Robot Tax or automation tax.
