Professional Experience
Founding partner of the firm. Extensive national and international work experience in Foreign Investment, Commercial and Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, Free Trade Zone regime, Exchange Law and international tax planning.
He has participated in the planning, formation and development of numerous foreign investment projects in the country, in sectors such as oil services, engineering, construction, food, pharmaceutical, medical cannabis, software development, education, real estate, among others.
Publications and accreditations
He is a founding member of the Colombian Society of International Law, founding member of the Colombian Chamber of Medicinal and Industrial Cannabis, member of the Presidents Forum, member of the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce, member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
He has been a professor of Private International Law at the Universidad del Rosario for more than 10 years, professor of the Master in International Law at the same University and professor of the Master of Law at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
Jose Alejandro has written numerous articles on international law published by Universidad del Rosario and is the author of the books: Negocios Exitosos, TLC Colombia-USA and Inversión Extranjera en Estados Unidos.
